Every week, we will be discussing the game of the week – a game not worth missing.
It’s NBS All-Star week, and some teams take an early vacation. Let’s see if the top teams can stay focused and close out the first half on a good note.
GAME OF THE WEEK
NBA All-Star Game: East versus West – Sunday, February 16 – 8 p.m.
You never know what to expect with this game. It could be a blowout from the start or get really competitive toward the end. All I know is that you will see some of the world’s greatest athletes in one game.
Miami Heat at Phoenix Suns – Tuesday, February 11, 9 p.m.
Both teams have been playing at a high level as of late. Goran Dragic has been playing like an all-star. LeBron James is playing like an MVP. The Suns pose a lot of matchup problems for a lot of teams.
Oklahoma City Thunder at Portland Trail Blazers – Tuesday, February 11, 10 p.m.
We know that Kevin Durant is good – really good. How long can he continue to carry the load with Russell Westbrook out? The Trail Blazers don’t have the greatest defense, so you can expect to see a lot of points in this one.
Portland Trail Blazers at Los Angeles Clippers – Wednesday, February 12, 10:30 p.m.
It’s always fun watching the Clippers play. You can expect to see two things – chippy play and high-flying dunks.
Miami Heat at Golden State Warriors – Wednesday, February 12, 10:30 p.m.
Last time these two teams got together, the Warriors proved to be too much for the Heat. How will the Heat handle Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry this time around?
