Los Angeles Lakers: Not even John Wooden would've saved them

The Los Angeles Lakers are closing in on their worst season in franchise history.

It’s clear that there are a whole bunch of people that deserve blame for the season that was in LA, however, there’s one person who should warrant none of it. At least, that’s what Steve Nash wants us to know.

And that one person is none other than Lakers coach Mike D’Antoni.

To be fair, the Lakers have been one of the most injured teams this season. However, I’m not even sure that if the Lakers were healthy, they would be any better.

I mean, other than Kobe Bryant, who else (that was injured) is a “really good” player. And even then, we’re not sure how “good” Kobe is going to be when he comes back after another significant injury.

But, hey, at least Nash is sticking up for his coach (that was his old coach in Phoenix) that may or may not be returning next season.

For the record always take Wooden over D’Antoni, Steve. Always.
