NBA Finals 2014: LeBron James Limps Out Of Arena After Game 1 Loss

LeBron James suffered from severe cramps late in the fourth quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs. James was unable to finished the game, and sat out the final four minutes of the ball game.

The Spurs took advantage and won Game 1, 110-95, as they snag a 1-0 series lead in the 2014 NBA Finals. Game 2 will be on Sunday back at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.

After the game, LeBron was unable to make his way to the podium for his postgame press conference and was barely able to limp his way out of the arena late Thursday night.

LeBron also talked briefly as he made one final Game 1 exit, also after receiving an IV for his cramps.

Game 2 is Sunday (in three days), and it can’t come soon enough. And with the Spurs taking a 1-0 lead after their Game 1 win, they’re going to need as much LeBron James as they can get. I’m sure he’ll be ready to answer the call. After all, it’s not like the Heat haven’t been in this situation before.
