After much of the NBA Free Agency heavy-lifting has been completed, there is still a ton of good, if not great, value remaining on the board for teams with salary cap still to spare.

While the LeBron James‘ and the Carmelo Anthony‘s of the world are no longer available, there are still second, if not first, option players for teams to build around.
