It’s not as outrageous as it sounds.
According to reports, Bledsoe and the Phoenix Suns remain significantly far apart on a potential contract. Per reports, Bledsoe wants a full max contract, the Suns are budging on their stance of not giving in.
While the Suns seem unwilling to give Bledsoe a max deal, apparently there are other teams that are willing to give in to his demands. Enter the Los Angeles Lakers.

LA could work a sign and trade deal surrounded around Julius Randle and a first round pick in exchange for Bledsoe and his max contract.
Apart from LA, the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings and Milwaukee Bucks all are reportedly interested in the former Kentucky star, however, the “restricted” tag on the Suns’ free agent seems to be scaring teams away from offering.
But the Suns’ completion of a sign-and-trade deal for Isaiah Thomas, along with the drafting of point guard Tyler Ennis, has potential suitors believing that Phoenix may move on from Bledsoe, league sources said.
The Milwaukee Bucks have been mentioned as a team with interest in Bledsoe, and Sacramento and Houston, which recently traded away Jeremy Lin, could be in the market for a point guard.
