With NBA free agency over three weeks old, there is a shrinking number of quality players still left on the market.

Some of the players left are restricted free agents meaning that they could sign an offer sheet with another team, but the team they currently play for would have 72 hours to match the offer. There are also a few solid unrestricted free agents, guys who could step in and start or come off the bench.
