Some teams used this NBA offseason to get better, but unfortunately not every team did.

Some teams were capped, strapped and unable to make moves. Some lost their key free agents and significant role players. Other teams may have gone all in on a big name free agent and missed out, or they may have had a catastrophic injury happen.
