FIBA World Cup Game Of The Day: France vs Brazil


The FIBA World Cup is finally upon us.

Twenty four teams from around the globe meet in Spain with hopes of landing a Gold Medal in the 2014 edition of the Cup. Team USA is a heavy favorite, but the journey to dethrone the Americans commences with an action-packed 12 game Saturday. With many potentially competitive games on the docket including Australia vs Slovenia, Puerto Rico vs Argentina and our selection for “Game of the Day” in France vs Brazil.

Both carry an NBA-heavy rosters with expectations of potentially medaling, if a few games fall in their direction. Nevertheless, both squads will be jockeying for the upper hand in Group A, which also features Iran and Spain, especially when it’s being tagged as this year’s “Group of Death.”
