10. Kyle Lowry

Kyle Lowry was arguably the most underrated point guard last season. Lowry and teammate DeMar DeRozan led the Toronto Raptors to a three seed and their first postseason since Chris Bosh on the team in 2008. Lowry was top-10 among point guards in points, rebounds, assists, threes, and steals. Lowry averaged 17.9 points, 7.4 assists, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.5 steals last season.

2014-15 Predicted Stats: 18.2 points, 7 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.5 steals

9. Kyrie Irving

In terms of potential Kyrie Irving is near the top of any list, whether it’s point guards or all players. Irving at times played as if he didn’t want to be on the court, maybe it was because the Cavaliers weren’t going anywhere last year or something we don’t know. Irving might not average 25 points per game like it appeared he would have, but he will make the playoffs and potentially further. Last season Irving averaged 20.8 points, 6.1 assists, and 3.6 rebounds per game.

2014-15 Predicted Stats: 20.2 points, 5.4 assists, and 3.8 rebounds
