With the 2016 NBA All-Star Game in the near distance, we look back at some of the worst All-Stars to play in the game during the 1990’s

The NBA All-Star game is later this week – a night in which we get to enjoy the NBA’s best and brightest. For at least that one night, we forget about the records and the rivalries. We just enjoy the best that the NBA has to offer.

From LeBron James to Kevin Durant to Stephen Curry, the NBA is always a joy to watch on All-Star weekend. Even for some that don’t “deserve” to be in the game but are voted in by the fans, it’s still a joy to see them amongst their peers.

And the admission of Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade, who may or may not deserve to be starters in the game, got us thinking.

Who are the worst NBA players to ever suit up for the NBA All-Star game, particularly in the 1990’s?

This list is composed of guys who had careers as role players, and had a breakout season. Although I’m comparing them to superstars like Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon; these guys were still good players that had long careers, but just weren’t on par with their fellow All-Stars.
