Winner

San Antonio Spurs- Who said that one cannot get a good player with the last pick in the first round? The Spurs selected Kyle Anderson with the 30th pick in the draft. Anderson is probably the best passer in the draft, a terrific rebounder, and is incredibly smart. The problem with the 6’9″ point forward is that he is too slow and isn’t athletic. If Anderson develops a consistent shot and gets a step quicker he can be an incredible player with the ability to play three positions. The Spurs had a quiet pick with their 54th pick as they got Nemanja Dangubic.  Dangubic is the Spurs typical “draft and stash” prospect, as he will likely stay in Europe. Dangubic  is a 6’8″ wing with athleticism, who knows maybe he will pop up in the NBA Finals a few years from now like many of the Spurs late or unknown selections.
