2. James Harden

James Harden is one of the best offensive players in the league, but his defense is mediocre. Harden gets caught ball watching and reaches for the ball instead of moving his feet. Despite his defensive problems, Harden is still a special talent. He averaged 25.4 points, 6.1 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game last season — and is only getting better.
