3. Goran Dragic

Goran Dragic is really a point guard that is making this list because he played that position like last season, especially if Eric Bledsoe re-signs with the Suns. Dragic was elite last season, as he nearly carried the Suns into the playoffs with a bunch of role players and an injury prone Eric Bledsoe.

Dragic averaged 20.3 points and 5.9 assists, while shooting 51 percent from the field.
