Biggest Disappointment: Not re-signing Jimmy Butler

The Bulls early season has pretty much gone how many expected it to go. Their offense is much improved, when Derrick Rose is in the lineup, and Rose is taking the regular season easy.

However, after failing to re-sign Jimmy Butler at the rookie-scale contract extension deadline, the Bulls are now probably going to have to overpay in order to keep Butler from signing with another team as a restricted free agent next summer.

It’s something the Bulls probably could’ve avoided, and should’ve.
