Cleveland Cavaliers
Resolution: Find a team identity
The Cleveland Cavaliers aren’t necessarily the worst team in the NBA, but they’re also not near the top. In fact, they’re very far from that. On paper, they’re probably second-to-none. The talent is there, and in place. The problem is, they haven’t figured out how to transfer paper talent into success on the basketball court.
And in order to begin to change that, the Cavs need to find an identity. They need to figure out who they want to be, and who they actually are. While that’s easier said than done, if the Cavs can’t do that they can kiss away any shot at winning an NBA Finals this season.
Sorry, LeBron.
