NBA Draft Projection: Top-10
While most of Duke’s press goes to Jahlil Okafor, and rightfully so, Justise Winslow is not a prospect that should be shrugged off. As a potential top-10 pick in this year’s NBA draft, Winslow brings a little bit of everything. He can score, make athletic plays on both ends of the floor and is perhaps Duke’s best on-ball defender since the days Shane Batter sported Blue Devils attire.
Like watching Jimmy Butler in the NBA, look no further. Winslow has all the ability to be at least what Butler has transformed into over the last two seasons in Chicago. Winslow is Duke’s game-changer. When Duke pulls away from its opponents, it’s often Winslow at the center of all the action.
Matchup: Facing off against a much less talented team in Utah, Winslow could easily be the best athlete on the floor. Expect him to also see time on Delon Wright, Utah’s best player if the game gets close late.
