Karl-Anthony Towns will “no doubt” be the No. 1 pick
Backstory: According to Mark Heisler of Forbes, after watching Karl-Anthony Towns workout in Los Angeles, there’s “no doubt” that he’ll be the Minnesota Timberwolves’ selection when they go on the clock in next week’s NBA Draft.

After initial indecisiveness regarding the No. 1 overall pick, mostly between selecting Towns and Jahlil Okafor, it appears that the Wolves have finally come to their senses. The Wolves will reportedly “no doubt” select Towns when their names are called in next month’s draft.
That, my friend, is a piece of information that should be trusted. Even if this report is wrong and simply a flat-out guess, the information behind it isn’t incorrect.
And it’ll prove to be right on draft night. Towns will be the No. 1 overall pick in this draft. He should be.
