11. Indiana Pacers

Pick: Miles Turner, C, Texas

Grade: C

With the Pacers probably trading away — or trying their hardest to — Roy Hibbert, the Pacers get their replacement right away. Turner is a solid pick that will provide size. He might have gotten picked a few picks early, but with David West possibly leaving and Hibbert being thrown out like Jazz in the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Turner is their center of the future.

12. Utah Jazz

Pick: Trey Lyles, PF, Kentucky

Grade: C+

A solid pickup for the Jazz as they get an old school back-to-the-basket big. He can’t shoot well, but he can D-up and put a body on someone. He’s from Kentucky, so you can bet he was molded to fit the NBA from John Calipari.

13. Phoenix Suns

Pick: Devin Booker, SG, Kentucky

Grade: B

Another Wildcat off the board here and it’s a solid pickup for the Suns. Phoenix loves to play with two scoring guards and they’re going to do just that with this pick. Booker is a great shooter, but also offers more on the offensive side of the ball, too.

14. Oklahoma City Thunder

Pick: Cameron Payne, PG, Murray State

Grade: B-

The Thunder traded away Jeremy Lamb and they need a solid backup for Russell Westbrook and that’s exactly what they got in Cameron Payne. He’s also going to play a lot at shooting guard alongside Westbrook. Payne has a solid shot, can move the ball well and makes smart decisions. He’ll take pressure off Westbrook and provide fire power off the bench for the Thunder’s two superstars.

15. Washington Wizards

Pick: Kelly Oubre, SF, Kansas

Grade: B

Oubre was drafted by the Hawks but was traded to the Wizards. He’s a solid defender and is very athletic with a solid jumpshot. He has a low floor, but a high ceiling and at worst will probably be a productive NBA player.
