Greg Monroe

Old team: Detroit Pistons

New team:  Milwaukee Bucks

Another big that was able to hit on big money this summer was unrestricted free agent Greg Monroe, who signed a three-year max contract with the Milwaukee Bucks. Only a three-year deal so he could presumably get an even bigger contract when the cap increases (over the next two years). Monroe joins an already youthful, but talented, Bucks team that turned its fair share of heads last season.

Jason Kidd has done wonders with this young Bucks team and with Jabari Parker coming back from injury, the Greek Freak Giannis Antetokounmpo emerging as a star, the Bucks are slowly, but surely, becoming a perennial playoff team before our eyes.

Bucks in six.
