8. Frank Vogel, Indiana Pacers
The Pacers had a bad season. Roy Hibbert was rubbish and Paul George could barely walk. However, I guarantee that Frank Vogel will take the Pacers to the playoffs this year, and my guarantees are never wrong (my last guarantee was that Xavier would win the NCAA Tournament, while being led by Matt Stainbrook).
The Pacers are now equipped with Monta Ellis and Myles Turner. Vogel will turn Turner (see what I did there?) into the next LaMarcus Aldridge, and Ellis will be the biggest Pacers free agent since the team traded for Chase Budinger four days prior.
