6. Dave Joerger, Memphis Grizzlies

So if you’re going to fire Lionel Hollins, Dave Joerger is one of the few justifiable candidates to take his place. After two seasons with Memphis, Joerger is 164-105 and has an impressive winning percentage of 64 percent. For a small-market team, Memphis has made tremendous strides in recent years, and part of the reason is the coaching change.

Joerger has turned Marc Gasol into the best center in the NBA. The Grizzlies run their offense through Gasol, who can both score and distribute the basketball. But Joerger better make it to the Western Conference Finals soon before he too is fired for no apparent reason.
