16. Portland Trail Blazers

Starting Five: Damian Lillard, Gerald Henderson, Al-Farouq Aminu, Ed Davis, Mason Plumlee 

Starting Five Rating: 17

I’m not sure how, or why, the Portland Trail Blazers are rated this high, other than the fact that they have one really good player and a handful of solid players in their starting five.

I can only imagine their ranking had they managed to re-sign all their players this offseason. Since they didn’t though, and even though they enjoy a ranking that would qualify them for the playoffs in this rating system, I don’t think the Blazers are going to have a great season.

Other than Lillard, the Blazers don’t have anything going for them. You know, other than the 10 centers on their roster.
