5. Milwaukee Bucks

2014-2015 Efficiency Rating: 44.3

The Bucks made quite a splash when they were able to sign Greg Monroe away from the New Yorks and LAs of the world. There is a bright future brewing in Milwauke and there are many reasons why the Bucks will be much improved.

In addition to Monroe, they were also able to bring in steady guard Greivis Vasquez. He will offer a unique change of pace to what Michael Carter-Williams offers.

The rest of bench, which was highly efficient last season, is returning. O.J. Mayo and Jerryd Bayless will provide scoring from both the wing and the backcourt. Miles Plumlee offer a hustle style big man who can be interchanged with Chris Copeland, who offers stretch-4 capability.

The top player of the bench figures to be John Henson. The long and lanky North Carolina-product is an outstanding interior defender. That is something that the Bucks may need because Monroe is not necessarily known for his stellar defense. If Henson can provide a scoring punch, to go along with rim protection, the Bucks bench will most likely be one of the tops in the league again.

The Bucks enter the season with higher hopes than many of their previous seasons. Fans are excited, players are excited and in general the league is excited to see what Jason Kidd can do with this group.
