Last season summary: 46-36, L, Eastern Conference Semifinals vs Hawks

Changes

Offseason Addition(s): Alan Anderson, Jared Dudley, Gary Neal, Kelly Oubre, Aaron White

Offseason Subtraction(s): Paul Pierce, Glen Rice Jr., Kevin Seraphin

Outlook

The Good: The Wizards have one of the best young backcourts in the NBA. John Wall is on the verge of becoming a superstar

The Bad: Pierce really helped this team last season with his leadership and knack for hitting big shots. Now he’s a Clipper, however

Concern: Can Otto Porter Jr. take over Pierce’s old spot?

Prediction: 3rd in the Southeast

Note: The Wizards have all the ingredients to potentially push the Cleveland Cavaliers in a playoff series. Though, in order for that to happen, they’re going to need Bradley Beal to take a huge step this season. I’m not sure if that’s possible.
