Paul George At The 4

After much chatter during the preseason, it seems as if Paul George has accepted the fact that he’s going to play the power forward position this year – and he was actually quite good at it. Of course, he’s always going to have an edge on the offensive end, going against bigger defenders, but it’ll be interesting to see how he approaches it on the defensive end.

Will he shy away from contact against some of the bigger 4s in the NBA? In week 1, we’ll find out. The Pacers face off against the Raptors, Grizzlies and Jazz in their first handful of games. It’ll give us a great indication as to what to expect this season from not only George, who is entering his first full season after his gruesome leg injury, but also the new-look Pacers, who have undergone an offensive reconstruction.
