Usually the best teams, regardless of bumps and bruises, navigate deep into the playoffs. But a healthy roster never hurts. The name to watch closest is probably Miami Heat big man Chris Bosh. Multiple reports indicate that he could be back by season’s end with the caveat being he’s on blood thinners.

That just doesn’t sound good. And with so many questions surrounding teams atop the East, this might be the year for to Miami commandeer the conference. But only with Bosh in the lineup.

A few other players on competitive teams to keep an eye on are Jae Crowder and Andre Iguodala, who should both be back late March, Blake Griffin, Mike Conley, Jonas Valancunias and the entire Chicago Bulls roster.
