6. Portland Trail Blazers (5-5)

The Portland Trail Blazers successfully avoided a sweep against the defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors, which is great to see from such a young team. This experience will pay dividends in the future.

Moving forward, though, it’s going to be interesting to see if they can make this series a bit more interesting by winning Game 4. I mean, can you imagine what the storylines would be right now if the Blazers had pulled out Game 2?

Portland would be up 2-1 heading into Game 4 at home. It wasn’t meant to be.

Now it’s time for Stephen Curry, who I expect to be available for Game 4. For sure, by Game 5. And if the Blazers win Game 4, they’re definitely going to need him in this series.
