Charlotte Hornets

This is one of the most intriguing teams on this list. Kemba Walker has brought a dynamic ability to this Charlotte team over the past few years and now his hard work is coming to fruition on the basketball court.

Charlotte lost to the Heat in a seven-game thrilling series this NBA postseason.

With that said, Charlotte needs one more piece. Problem is, they have a lot of uncertainty heading into the offseason. They have three starters and two of their better bench players hitting the free agent market this summer.

Al Jefferson, Nic Batum, Marvin Williams, Courtney Lee and Jeremy Lin can all make impacts on other teams, but need to stay in Charlotte for them to again compete in the increasingly-competitive East.

My solution to the Hornets problem specifically is to add a player like Chandler Parsons. He could be the missing second offensive option to Kemba, which will be perfectly complemented by the defensive-minded Michael-Kidd Gilchrist.
