Curry and Green Tamed

Does anybody remember the last time that Golden State was in Oklahoma City?

It was Saturday, April 27. Stephen Curry already putting on a career performance with an NBA-tying 12 threes then sealed the game with a ridiculous 30+ foot three with .6 seconds left in overtime. As the crowd grew quiet, Steph knew that had this game won, and the Thunder were left with vengeance in their minds.

They achieved that vengeance today.

Their first game at home against the Warriors was one for the record books. They handed Golden State their largest deficit of the year, at 39.

Draymond Green was horrendous tonight. He went 1-for-9 for just six points and also four turnovers. His +/- was -43, which is the worst in the last 10 seasons. Not only did Green play terribly, Curry was unlike his usual MVP self too.

Curry ended with a team-high 24 on 7-of-17 shooting with 3 threes. Curry ended the evening with a -39 on his box score.
