Houston Rockets

Priority: Signing Al Horford

The Rockets, who were the eighth seed in the West this season, are in an intriguing spot this offseason.

They do not draft until the second round; so, the draft is not a factor is their offseason hopes.

The Rockets top focus this offseason will be the signing of Al Horford. The re-signing of restricted free agent Terrance Jones will be a big factor for their success next season, also. We all expect Dwight Howard to leave, especially after the signing of Mike D’Antoni which is why he left the Lakers, and his departure will create a HUGE rebounding problem for the Rockets

That problem is fixed if they max out Al Horford. Horford is a less selfish player than Howard, and he can add a new dimension to spacing the floor as he has incorporated a three-point shot in his game.

Horford is the main target for the Rockets this offseason.
