Miami Heat

Priority: Re-sign Hassan Whiteside

Dwyane Wade, Hassan Whiteside, Gerald GreenLuol DengAmar’e StoudemireJoe JohnsonUdonis Haslem, and Dorell Wright– all these players will be unrestricted free agents this summer.

The Miami Heat were probably a Chris Bosh being healthy away from taking on the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals and probably being able to either win or put up an entertaining fight.

Their main and really only option is to focus on re-signing all their free agents, mainly Whiteside. He will be only one seeking a max contract and gaining interest from almost every NBA team. Whiteside is the cornerstone for the Heat, and since they were the first NBA team to give him a shot, you wonder if he will be loyal and stay with them.

Pat Riley has one job this summer, RE-SIGN HASSAN WHITESIDE.
