Milwaukee Bucks

MIL gets: D’Angelo Russell

LAL gets: Eric Bledsoe, Tyler Ennis

PHX gets: MCW and Lou Williams

Let’s start from the top shall we?

While the Greek Freak is my second favorite player behind Steph, and despite my mouth being opened many times as I watched him run the point and dunk from half court in two dribbles, Milwaukee still needs a PG. D’Angelo joins a young Milwaukee squad that is in slightly better shape than Los Angeles, and gets to learn from one of the greatest PGs of all time in Jason Kidd.

Los Angeles replaces the former No. 2 overall pick from last year’s draft with a pair of young PGs who both have shown flashes, and can both be franchise PGs.

If you click back to the Detroit trade, you can find my reasons why I think MCW needs to go, and a fresh start. In Phoenix, he gets it, with a chance to play off the ball with Brandon Knight; or leading the second unit next to newly acquired flamethrower (and quasi-PG) Lou Williams.

It’s a win-win-win all around.
