14. Chicago Bulls: Skal Labissiere

The Chicago Bulls’ pick here is one that is directly impacted by who the Suns take at 13. If Sabonis slips passed Phoenix, then the Bulls certainly won’t hesitate to take him here. He would fill an immediate need that stems from both Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol hitting the free agent market this offseason.

With the Bulls searching for an immediate answer in the paint, they’ll turn to Skal Labissiere higher than many expected him to go. Once touted as the next great Kentucky big, Skal dropped from being the likely number 2 (to Simmons at 1) to barely being considered a lottery worthy prospect.

He’s long, athletic, and has shown flashes of improvement on the offensive side of the ball during his one year with Kentucky. This will allow the Bulls to give him solid minutes, while grooming him to be their two way big man for the foreseeable future.
