9. Bradley Beal, Restricted

Bradley Beal has his concerns when it comes to injury, but the talent is there. When Beal has been healthy, he’s been everything that you look for in a star. He can score, shoot the ball efficiently and still hasn’t even reached his peak.

Beal is going to get a few max offers on the open market this summer, mostly because he has all the makings of a star. You know…as long as he can remain healthy.

The best place for Beal is still Washington in my opinion, and I don’t believe that the Wizards can afford to let him slip through their fingers, especially now that their dream scenario of signing Kevin Durant is all but over.
