Brooklyn Nets

Notable Additions: Jeremy Lin, Trevor Booker

Free Agency Grade: B

The Brooklyn Nets didn’t make any power-shifting moves in free agency, but they didn’t do anything stupid either. That means a lot considering where this franchise was just a few years ago. Now under the order of Sean Marks, it appears that the Nets are trending in the right direction.

Of course, nothing is set in stone. After missing out on Jeremy Lin and Tyler Johnson, they didn’t really make any moves that will make them significantly better.

They’re steps, though, in the right direction. The Brooklyn Nets aren’t going to rebound from the mess that Billy King left them in a day or two. Not even a year. It’s a process. And it began this summer.
