Denver Nuggets

Free Agency Grade: C

The Denver Nuggets nearly pulled one of the biggest free agency heists in the history of the NBA. Unfortunately, Dwyane Wade ultimately decided to sign with his hometown Chicago Bulls. However, any pub is good pub. And that’s exactly what the Nuggets got in their pursuit of Dwyane Wade.

Still searching for veteran guidance of their young squad, I don’t think the Nuggets are done by any means. Expect another move – or two – to come this offseason from Denver. I’m not sure if it’ll be via free agency or through trade, but one will come.

In the end, it’s probably good that Wade opted against signing in Denver. That would’ve been a weird sight. It was definitely worth the shot, though.
