Brooklyn Nets

Biggest Hole: Everything Not Named Brook Lopez

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to the Brooklyn Nets. Simply put, they’re a mess right now. Despite making some nice moves this summer, mostly in the way of not throwing any stupid money around, the Nets are still going to be one of the worse teams in the NBA.

Everything about this team screams mediocrity, with the exception of Brook Lopez. I really like Lopez as a player, but not as any team’s No. 1 option. And that’s the situation that he’s currently in with the Nets. That’s unfortunate for him, because he’s a really good player.

The Nets need a lot of work. Right now, the argument could be  made that their second best player is Jeremy Lin. That’s…not good.
