Biggest Hole: Up-To-Par Center

Look at the Los Angeles Lakers’ roster. It’s full of young talent with endless possibilities. The biggest problem when I analyze this team’s roster is their center position. Even though the team addressed it in the offseason, the addition of Timofey Mozgov left a lot to be desired.

When you consider that centers like Hassan Whiteside, Festus Ezeli and Bismack Biyombo were on the open market, you have to question why Mozgov was the team’s first option.

With all that said, it’s still relatively difficult to talk down of the Lakers and their bright future. This team will turn a few heads this season.
