Warriors vs Thunder

As I mentioned before, the Warriors are one of the most hated teams we have seen in a long time. But there is obviously nobody that hates Golden State as much as Oklahoma hates Golden State.

That became clear as soon as Kevin Durant made his decision last summer and we saw further proof when the two teams faced each other this season.

So now with the Warriors in danger of falling to the second seed in the West and with the Thunder still hovering around the seventh-seed, there is a chance we can see this matchup in the playoffs.

In terms of the results, this one may end with the Warriors winning in five games. In terms of storyline, however, it doesn’t get better than this.

If you’re a Durant fan, you will certainly bask in the glory of dismantling the Thunder in the playoffs. If you’re a Durant hater, you can at least enjoy the hostile environment which will greet Durant in Oklahoma.

And if some unforeseen circumstances somehow unravel and the Thunder knockoff the Warriors, that would be one of the greatest stories in the history of sports.
