Iso Joe

Joe Johnson was incredible in the team’s first round series against the Clippers, where he averaged over 15 points per game (after averaging just 9 points per game during the regular season).

He was supposed to be past his prime and no longer a big-time player. His critics may need to backtrack on those comments.

Johnson dropped 21 points and hit the game-winning basket in Game 1 and dropped 28 points on in Game 4 against the Clippers. Let’s make this clear: Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant are great players, but once upon a time Joe Johnson was close to the level of these players.

Say what you want about Iso Joe, but he is a seven-time all-star and an extremely clutch player that averaged over 20 points per game for five seasons in this league. Joe Johnson is a big-time player. Many believe the Jazz don’t stand a chance in this series, but if Joe can keep up his level of play, call me crazy but they may just shock the Warriors.
