2. Cleveland Cavaliers

After getting stomped in the NBA Finals by the Golden State Warriors in five games, the Cleveland Cavaliers flirted with the idea of trading for Jimmy Butler and Paul George, before they ultimately decided against it.

They then fired David Griffin, the team’s general manager days before the NBA Draft. They still haven’t filled the position.

Aside from re-signing Kyle Korver, the lone free agency move that the Cavs have made is signing Jeff Green. Quite frankly, that doesn’t move the dial much.
