25. Phoenix Suns

Key Additions: Josh Jackson 

Key Subtractions: N/A 

Much like many teams at this point in the rankings, the Phoenix Suns are going to be awfully fun to watch, especially with a slasher like Josh Jackson in the fold. However, they’re probably not going to win many games this season.

Phoenix has a good young crop in Devin Booker, Dragan Bender, Marquese Chriss and Jackson, but this is a team that is likely two years away from being 2-3 years away from being major players in the Western Conference.

That’s OK, though.
