The Move: Adding a veteran star

This is much easier said than done, but in order for the Boston Celtics to really challenge the Cleveland Cavaliers THIS YEAR, I believe that hat they need to add a veteran star. With Gordon Hayward not expected to return this season, Boston needs to add more fire power.

Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum have been excellent in Hayward’s absence, but I don’t like the idea of relying on this two in a seven game series against a much more experience LeBron James.

Boston could sit tight, save their assets and wait until some of their younger pieces grow up, but that would result in another year wasted. Two interesting names to keep an eye on at the NBA trade deadline are Marc Gasol and DeMarcus Cousins.
