2018 NBA Power Rankings: It’s time to sell on the Cleveland Cavaliers

7. Cleveland Cavaliers (26-16)

The Cleveland Cavaliers are in the midst of a rut. They’re only 1.5 games ahead of the Miami Heat in the conference, and if that doesn’t say it all I don’t know what to tell you.

LeBron James is LeBron James, but this team just looks so old and slow too many nights. They sport the league’s second worst defense, and have lost eight of their last 11 games.

The Cavs will likely be one of the most active teams at the trade deadline, but I’m not sure there’s a move out there that could significantly help this team right now.
