Cleveland Cavaliers: Ranking East playoff teams who can beat the Cavs

6. Miami Heat

While the Miami Heat may be a good story, and them meeting up with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade would be a sexy on paper matchup, Miami doesn’t have any star that could go toe-to-toe with Cleveland.

Even though you really don’t need three stars, like Cleveland had last year, the Heat don’t even have one that could get them a much-needed basket when needed or in the case of a scoring drought. That matters in the playoffs, especially when the tempo is slowed down.

Don’t get me wrong, the Heat would drive the Cavs crazy. Miami plays at a 110 percent level all the time and is unrelenting. They have the depth to keep running for 48 minutes, and they have a stingy defense.

Miami would drive Cleveland crazy, but ultimately the star talent would win out.
