11. Portland Trail Blazers (27-22)

The Portland Trail Blazers are doing what they seem to always do – linger near the bottom of the Western Conference playoff picture. Sooner or later, however, that’s eventually not going to be enough. And we could be there. Damian Lillard might’ve signaled it.

He met with the team owner last week to discuss the state of the franchise, and while he didn’t request a trade it has to be concerned concerning.

The Blazers likely won’t make a huge blockbuster deal before the trade deadline, but I feel they’re closer than ever to really shake up their roster.
