24. Chicago Bulls (18-31)

The Chicago Bulls are another team that should be kept a close eye on. They have some really talented veterans that could really help a contender or two out there. For one, they have the Nikola Mirotic issue.

He likely would want a trade, and the Bulls would be wise to cash in on that investment. However, there hasn’t been much chatter lately. Another player that the Bulls could shop is Robin Lopez. Lopez is a solid center, on the cheap, that could help a playoff hopeful.

Lastly, Jerian Grant is another name to follow.
