Hopefully Bruce Brown returns soon because he needs to improve his draft stock. Brown really hasn’t shown any improved strengths. In fact, his jumper has gotten incredibly worse. Down 8 percent to only shooting 26 percent from the line.

Brown had to take on an odd role this season as the teams point guard. He showed some flashes of playmaking ability to go along with his NBA size, length, strength, and athletic ability.

However, Brown’s shot will be the biggest determining factor on whether he is out or in the league in 3-4 years. Maybe even without a jump shot Brown becomes a secondary ball handler who has value as a versatile, long, and strong defender.
