30. Golden State Warriors: Khyri Thomas, SG, Creighton

Big Board Rank: 29

This would be an amazing fit for Khyri Thomas. If Thomas can play within a system that’s so perimeter orientated, with great off ball movement, and attacks in transition, Thomas should be extremely effective.

Thomas is an undersized wing, but is a lockdown defender, who may be able to take on the burden of guarding some of the opposing star point guards in the West. Obviously, Thomas will come off the bench, but he will really be effective offensively in sub packages with the starters.

Khyri Thomas is extremely effective when he can set his feet catching and shooting. Playing with guys that demand as much attention as Kevin Durant, and Stephen Curry will lead to Khyri Thomas having plenty of time on open 3’s.

Overall, this is a perfect fit for Thomas offensively, and the Warriors get a perimeter defensive upgrade off the bench.
