It probably doesn’t bother Tom Thibodeau that the Timberwolves can’t shoot the three. It’s probably killing him on the inside and outside that the Timberwolves are a below average defensive team. They are currently tied for 18th in opponents points per game, and are dead last in opponents field goal percentage.
So why not address both the teams needs along with giving Minnesota some much needed backcourt depth. Khyri Thomas should project as really good defensive rotation player that can guard the opposing team’s lead guard, along with a wing here and there. Also, Thomas shoots 40% from the three point line.
